DOE Announces 19 Carbon Projects

The Department of Energy is providing $27.6 million in funding to begin 19 projects to simulate, track and evaluate the storage of carbon underground. These research projects will play a pivotal role in establishing a carbon capture program to help meet the U.S. goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
